Screen Printing

Screen printing is a popular method of printing on apparel, and for good reason. It is a highly versatile printing technique that allows for large orders and high-quality designs.

In addition to its versatility, screen printing is the go-to method for creating large artwork, vibrant or specific colors, areas of opaque color, and a wide range of fabrics.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process that uses high-quality threads to stitch directly into the garment, that gives branded apparel a professional and polished finish.

Not only does embroidery offer a professional look, but it is also durable and long-lasting. Our embroidery can withstand wear and tear; which means that your custom apparel will look great for years to come.

Direct-to-Film Transfers

Our Direct-to-Film printing, also known as DTF printing, provides a high-quality and long-lasting print. DTF’s can typically last between 50 to 100 washes.

This process creates a durable and vibrant print that can last for years. Unlike other printing methods, DTF printing can outlast the garment it’s printed on with proper care.

FAQ’s

There is NO MINIMUM quantity per order, but any quantity under 12 will have a small quantity fee. Your order can consist of various apparel items, sizes and colors to meet this minimum.

We offer price breaks on decorating at larger quantities of 36, 72, 144 pieces and up.

Turn around times vary based on application.

Screen Printing and Embroidery takes approximately 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval and blank garments arriving from the supplier to our facility. Direct-to-print transfers are the quickest process and you can have them within approximately 1 week from artwork approval and the blank product garments arrival.

Quantity of Garments
Quantity of Print Locations (Front, Back, Sleeve, etc.)

Yes! You can mix the styles / sizes / colors of the garments as long as the decorating is the same method, color and size.

Vector images are best: ai, eps, svg or vectorized pdf. Other formats like jpg, png, psd should be at 300dpi.

For an additional charge, we can recreate your artwork. Cost varies by complexity and requires a consultation.

If you are in a rush and have the print ready files, garment styles, quantities and sizes; we can help you. A rush fee will be applied to the order and varies based on timeframe, quantity and artwork provided.
